An engineering-led infrastructure development company

Nautiyal Infracon Private Limited is a Dehradun-based infrastructure development company specialising in bridges, structures and highways. Established in 2021, NIPL is led by a civil engineer with over 35 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects.

We work with EPC companies, government contractors and private institutions to deliver a defined scope of civil engineering work. Our approach combines experienced leadership, in-house engineering teams, dedicated formwork, plant and equipment, and close supervision at the project site.

Our experience includes a 240-metre pre-stressed concrete bridge in Uttarakhand, a high-level bridge in Chhattisgarh and ongoing railway over bridge construction in Uttar Pradesh. Across our engagements, we focus on execution against the agreed programme, adherence to approved drawings and specifications, quality documentation, accurate measurement and dependable coordination.

    Scope & planning

    We review drawings, bills of quantities, technical specifications and programme requirements before defining the scope, commercial terms and resource plan.

    Mobilisation

    Engineering personnel, operators, formwork and available plant are allocated according to project requirements, location and schedule.

    Site execution

    Our site teams undertake the agreed scope in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project quality requirements.

    Measurement & documentation

    Site records, measurements and supporting documentation are maintained to facilitate joint measurement, running account bills and certification.

    Completion & handover

    We support snag closure, completion documentation and handover in accordance with the agreed scope and contractual requirements.
